How to Make the BEST Snickerdoodle Cookies with Matt Graham

Guys, these things are the real deal. Give them a try and let me know what you think! I want you to keep in mind that baking times are always just a GUIDELINE. All ovens are different. These cookies should remain soft well after they have been cooled and stored. Enjoy!

Recipe:
2 3/4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp iodized salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp pure vanilla extract

To roll:
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp cinnamon
