How to make THE BEST healthy Apple Pie Oatmeal Cookies!!

Hi my name is Rudi and I am a teenager that loves to cook. In this video I will teach you how to make healthy Apple Pie Oatmeal Cookies!! These are so delicious and nobody will notice they are healthy!!

Apple Pie Oatmeal Cookies🌟
1 cup oats
3/4 whole wheat flour or all purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1/2 cup honey
1 medium apple
In a bowl combine all dry ingredients then sit to the side. In a microwaveable safe bowl add the butter and melt it. After that add the egg and vanilla extract. Mix till smooth then add the honey. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the wet ingredients. With a large spoon combine the ingredients. Next fold in the chopped apple. Cover the mixture and set in the fridge for 30 minutes. After the 30 minutes are up preheat the oven to 325. Scoop the mixture onto a pan and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are slightly brown. Let set for 5 minutes than enjoy!!
