HOW TO MAKE THE BEST AND EASIST CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Hello Bakers! Decided to keep it simple with this chocolate chip cookie recipe. These are honestly the bomb.com. This batch makes 24 jumbo cookies.

1 3/4 cups of Brown sugar
1 Cup of granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
1 cup of melted butter
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups of flour
1 tsp baking soda
6 oz of dark chocolate chunks or coins

1. Mix butter, sugars and salt until it’s smooth
2. Add in eggs and vanilla and mix until smooth
3. Gradually add in dry ingredients
4. Fold in chocolate
5. Cover and chill dough for about 25 minutes
6. Scoop cookie dough with a ice cream scoop( I weighed my cookies)
7. Bake at 325 for about 10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. For a more chewier and softer cookie, take them out the oven a few minutes before they’re done 🙂

[Applause]you’re gonna be making chocolate chipcookies so you’re gonna need a mixer orhand mixer or Bowl and some brown sugarsome salt some baking soda some regularsugar some vanilla some flour some eggsand of course chocolate now I don’t usesemi-sweet chocolate chips I use darkchocolate and I use them in rounds somuch better trust me I tried to set mycamera up so that way you guys couldkind of see the process and see what I’mdoing like while I’m doing it so here atthis step I’m just going to start offwith my sugars and my salt and my meltedbutter and I’m just going to mix thattogether until it is all combined withno lumpsI have my baking soda and I’m just gonnamix that with my flourI also have some vanilla and I’m goingto mix that with my eggs now this is theconsistency you want up from your butterand your sugars nice and smooth now I’mjust gonna add in my eggs and vanillaand I’m going to mix that until it isnice and smooth you know I gotta keepthe coffee on day you know early earlymornings this is what you want after youadd in your eggs you see look at thatnice and smooth nice and smooth now herewe’re gonna add in our dry ingredients Imessed this up I was too focused onmaking the video instead of making thecookies gradually add your dryingredients do not dump them all in andonce like me because you’ll make a messguaranteed annual risk the chance ofover mixing it because it’s so much tomix at one time so you see what I did Ihad to cover it so I wouldn’t get floureverywhere but yes gradually add in yourdry ingredients[Music]now you’re gonna see me transfer this toanother bowl because my recipe is verylarge and it was too big to mix into themixer with the chocolate so I just handmixed the or yeah I kind of hand foldthe chocolate into my cookies so thatway I’m not over mixing the batter I’mnot breaking up any chips or round andthis is our final product now we’regonna throw this in the cooler to chillfor about thirty minutes and then bakeour cookies the cookies have baked theylook amazing and they smell the sulfurget good and yeah these cookies werebombed super chewy is super gooey superchocolaty these will be the best cookieyou ever make thanks guys so much forwatching my video please like commentand subscribe let me know if you triedthis recipe or you want to try it Iwould love to hear from you guys see youguys next time
