Ingredients (makes around 20-25 cookies):
115g unsalted butter (room temperature)
50g white sugar
100g brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs (at room temperature)
185g All-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
150g semi sweet chocolate chips
Tips & Notes :
1. Using a ice cream scooper to scoop the dough, will make identical cookies (ie same size cookies)
2.Store the cookies in an airtight container. Place them in cool ,dry place.
3. You can freeze the cookie dough up to a month and bake them freshly. Just remember to keep the cookie dough outside for an hour before you can roll them out for baking.
