[Music]I’m shy I just wish I didn’t have thiscut on my forehead hey guys welcome backto studies were up today’s tech Tuesdayand I’m back bitch I had my exams andthen yeah so that’s my left and today weare gonna be making or you knowcheesecake cookies Beach from scratch sowhat you’re gonna need it only needs youonly need five ingredients so you’regonna need Oreos two sticks of butterwhich equals to 8 ounces of cream cheesewhich is 8 ounces flour and sugar okobviously you’re going to need a balleach and obviously you’re gonna need aspoon so we’re gonna get cooking andwe’re gonna do this beat okay sothe first thing that you’re gonna wantto do is you’re gonna add the creamcheese you’re gonna soften the butterupdate so I’m gonna put in the microwavefor like five seconds cuz you don’t wantto melt it and then you’re gonna wannaadd the sugar and then we’re gonna mixit until it’s nice and smooth so let’sdo that firstyes so I did this I I made this cookiesand I did a record at first and thenthere is this guy that wanted to makethe cookies so I posted the recipe bythe way this is not my recipe I got thisoff a tick tock and I was like I gottado it sound like so I posted it and justguy trying to make the cookies and yothose cookies first of all he use steamflour I didn’t know I had to specifythat yet to use all-purpose flour but heused steamand those cookies they look like brownsugar I don’t know where the where thehell are the Oreos I don’t knoweverythingdisintegrated come on one and a halfcups of sugar but I don’t have ameasuring cup so we’re just gonnaconvert the cups two tablespoons oh weare gonna so it’s 24 tablespoons ofsugar okay so one we’re gonna be herefor a while and if you’re using atablespoon convene got no cups like nomeasure cups like me make sure that thesugar is leveled and it’s not a hillbecause then technically that is not inactual tablespoon that’s more than atablespoon okay so that’s two I have aspoon II you don’t have the whisk I feellike that you this waynot a whit you know that you know thatthe tabletop spinner thingy majiggy thatyou know that thing if you don’t havethat and you just got a spoon theeasiest way I find is to like grind ityou got a good idea so just push itdownwards and spin the spoon and you’regonna keep doing this until it’s likekind of insane mashed potatoes if theydon’t look like magic Cena’s gotta keepgoing now this is when you’re gonna wantto stop mixing this won’t even look likemashed potatoes this look like pancakebatter I was on the phone with mybrother so I mixed extra long so itlooks way better than the first timethat I was mixing so after you get thisshow you guys one more timeyou are gonna want to add two cups offlour like I said I ain’t got no cups sowe’re gonna convert it and I believeit’s I remember I think it was thirtytwo tablespoons from the last of my dayso what you’re gonna wanna do is add theflour slowlyso it doesn’t get all over the place andI find that it’s easier to mix when youadd it slowly so I’m gonna happen addten tablespoons of flour and then I’mgoing to add 10 tablespoons flour at atime and then you know until I get to 32so once again make sure you shake thatup so it’s actually a tablespoon sothat’s one two threeso you’re gonna want to mix it in untilyou don’t see the flour and then we’regonna add the other tank well this ishow it looks after the first set offlour so the other ten but that is doneyour batter is gonna look like thisgonna look doughy and then now for thelast step add 20 Oreos double-stuff i’mthumbs super small so I split them inhalf I want to get a fork okay so you’regonna want to stop until your peach Ilike to I don’t add all the oils at onetime add a bit first a bit first andthen you’re gonna fold it into the doughso I’ll try not to crush itthis is how it looks with the Orioles init now it look like Oriole ice-cream sonow what you’re gonna want to do is putit in the fridge for 30 minutes let itset in then it’s okay it’s gonna looklike that now you’re gonna get an icecream scoop first we’re gonna butter puta little bit of butter on the pan so itdoesn’t stickI don’t have a actual metal tray sowe’re just going to be using this andsince it’s so small I am gonna becooking I’m gonna be cooking for out oftime just so they don’t spread it intouch I’m just gonna preheat the oven to350you gonna scoop it with your ice creamscoop you if you don’t have ice creamsoup there’s not that serious you canjust roll it with your hand and thenthese are good and then it’s gonna looklike this and then make sure you flattenit out too much cuz you still want it tobe nice and big but you want to makesure that it cooks properly so thiswould be a good the recipe says to cookit for between 40 to 60 minutes but Itried 16 minutes and it made it like alittle bit too burnt like almost burntso 49 minutes is perfect it doesn’t makeit burn so yeah so we’re gonna cookthese for 40 minutesthen I’m gonna show you guys thefinished product and then we’re gonnacall it a dayboom this is the finished product guyswell this recipe can make 30 cookies ifyou don’t mess up so this is how itlooksthese are so good and they’re not thatsweet you know there’s a lot of sugar init it’s not that sweet so yeah this ishow we make it anyways guys thank youguys for watchingif you would like these cookies and youguys want to see me make
