I would like to show you how to make these vegan protein loaded cookies that are filled with oats, different nuts, seeds and dried fruits.
The trail mix cookies are naturally sweetened, gluten and dairy and a perfect snack for a busy day or a quick breakfast.
Ingredients for 12 – 14 cookies
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats (gluten-free)
1/2 cup almond flour
1/3 cup ground flaxseed
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 banana, mashed
1/4 cup agave syrup
1/4 cup dairy-free milk
3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup dried cranberries
3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
