5 tbsp unsalted butter, room temperature
1/3 cup shortening
¾ cup sugar
1 egg
½ tbsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour, sifted
Nutella (frosting for cookies)
¼ cup white chocolate morsels (decoration)
Tips: 🤓💡
🔹Place a damp cloth underneath your mixing bowl to prevent sliding during mixing.
🔸Cookies are done when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
