HOW TO MAKE MIXED NUTS HONEY OATS COOKIES I A HEALTHY RECIPE (WITHOUT MAIDA OR WHEAT FLOUR)

Welcome to Aesthetica by Shemin.

In this video, I am demonstrating ‘How to make Mixed nuts honey oats cookies’ which is a very healthy recipe, made without the use of Maida or Wheat flour.

Ingredients
1) 2 cups Almonds
2) 1 cup Walnut
3) 15 Dates without seed
4) Orange zest from 1 orange
5) Salt (as needed)
6) 40 ml honey (2.5 tbsp)
7) 1tsp vanilla essence
8) 1 cup oats
9) 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
10)4 tbsp peanut butter

Preparation Method
1) Roast walnut in a fry pan in medium flame.
2) Grind almonds and walnut in a food processor. Add in dates and again grind together.
3) Transfer the flour into a mixing bowl.
4) Add oats, orange zest, vanilla essence, cinnamon powder, salt, peanut butter and honey to the flour…mix well with spoon or using clean hands …add extra honey or peanut butter until u get a good moldable consistency.
5) Make the desired shapes for your cookies.
6) Arrange it in a baking tray and bake at 190 degree Celsius for 20 to 25 minutes.
7) Those who don’t have an oven can even choose to make it into a ball and eat it as it is.

The cookies is delicious, provides a good source of proteins and minerals and is definitely an excellent snacking option for kids and adults alike.
