Recipe :
2 egg whites
25G sugar(2 tbsp)
50G water (5 tbsp)
150G sugar (6 tbsp)
Steps:
Heat up the syrup to 117°-119°,
Whip whites ,Gradually add sugar,
Pour the Syrup slowly over the whites,
Continue whipping until soft peaks form and the mixture cool completly
Bake in a oven at 100° for about 1-2 hours depending on the size.
