Today’s episode is about how to make linzer cookies. They are traditional Christmas cookies in Austria. These cookies are beautiful but are easy to make.

Ingredients you will need:
1 cup unsalted butter (226g), room temperature
1 cup powdered sugar (120g)
2 large egg yolks, room temperature
½ tsp salt
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 ½ cups plain flour (300g)
1 cup almond flour (100g)
½ cup strawberry jam or jam of your choice (160g)
powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Preheat oven to 175 C
