طريقة المعمول وكعك العيد
Ingredients for sesame ginger cookies
كعك العيد بالسمسم
5 2/3 cups of Semolina
1 2/3 cups of all-purpose flour
1 cup sesame seeds
2 cups sugar
1 cup milk
½ cup vegetable oil
1 table spoon dry yeast
4 tea spoon baking powder
3 table spoons ground Anise seeds
1 1/2 tea spoon cardamom
1 tea spoon ground ginger
½ table spoon ground mastic ( optional)
½ table spoon Mahlab
¼ tea spoon ground Cloves.
½ Hawaiian ginger or galangal. (Optional)

1 cup semolina
2 cups unsalted melted butter
½ cup Rose water
½ cup orange blossom water
1 table spoon dry yeast
Walnut Stuffing حشوة الجوز
2 cups chopped walnut
2 table spoon sugar
2 table spoon rose water
2 table spoon orange blossom water
Pistachio stuffing حشوة فستق الحلبي
2 cups chopped pistachio
2 table spoon sugar
2 table spoon rose water
2 table spoon orange blossom water
Dates stuffing حشوة التمر
1 pound chopped dates
3 table spoon butter
