How to make Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies | Chit Chat

Hey guys, here’s my take on Keto Chocolate Chip cookies. Let me know what you guys think and ask away if you have any questions.

1 1/2 Cups Almond Flour
1/2 Cup Melted Butter
3/4 Cups Monkfruit Sweetener
3/4 Chocolate chips ( Lilly’s Semi Sweet)
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 Teaspoon Xanthum Gum
1 Egg

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a mixing bowl, mix the monkfruit sweetener, egg, vannila extract, and butter.
3. Add Almond flour, baking powder, and xanthum gum into bowl.
4. Add Chocolate chips. (& a pinch of salt)
5.Use small Ice cream scoop or spoon to scoop cookies onto large baking tray.
6 Depending on cookie size, bake 10-15 minutes. if you’re using silicone mat, bake for 15-20 minutes,

so today I made chocolate chipcookies and now they’re not regularcookies there kiddo so if you’re on ketoand you miss a cookie then try thisrecipe out I promise you you won’tregret it they’re still fun they’re sodelicious and if you guys want to seehow I made these cookies then girl youknow the drillkeep watching okay guys so this isactually gonna be my first cooking videoso please bear with me do not come forme I know on my facebook post I said Ilost 25 pounds but when you’re big as meyou gotta lose at least 400 poundsoh yeah let me show you how much I gonnaneed okay so you’re gonna need one and ahalf cups of almond flour 3/4 cup monkfruit sweetener one teaspoon of vanillaextracthello we’re gonna need 1 teaspoon bakingpowder 1/2 teaspoon xantham gum one eggand half a cup of butter and then you’llneed salt for taste also chocolate chipsthese are my favorite these are bomb Igot these on a buttons I thinkeverything that a guy here is actuallyfrom Albertsons so you can find it thereokay so in your bowl you’re gonna startmixing your monk fruit sweetener rightif you’re wondering what kind of usethis isthey use it’s from like I said it’s frommy buttons first of all make sure youturn on your oven you want to preheat ithave 350 make sure that things in apretty nose mix key all right so like Isaid you gonna pay your mom fruitsweetener you’re gonna mix that withyour teaspoon of vanilla your egg andthe butter so you’re just gonna mix thataround you could use a hand mixer butI’m lazy and I really don’t wanna get itout so I’m just gonna do this littlewhisk right here now you’re gonna wantto mix your almond flour there alongwith your baking powder I am a mess andyour xantham gum and you can add a pinchof salt we’re just gonna do a little bitokay and then just mix that togetheryou’re gonna get this runny consistencyand that’s what you wantKempton yeah okay now you’re gonna wantto add your chocolate chips these arethe ones I usually though the lily semicity and get these also our operativeswe’re gonna go ahead and do 3/4 cupthese chips too and then just mix thatin there also get rid of this whisk okayokay so I’m just gonna use this littlespatula and just try to fold the chipsin there now I’m just gonna place themon a baking sheet this is the bakingsheet I’m gonna use and you can fit aparchment paper or you can use that Ihave a silicone mat Jesus it’ll comeback and my kitchen is little yes I livein a studio apartment so don’t judge me[Music]this is about how much I’m gonna get andI’m just gonna place it on here I’mprobably have to do two batches[Music]so we’re gonna go ahead and pop these inthe oven you pick these middle one andthen we’re gonna let those cook I’llcheck on them in 10 minutes and thenwe’ll go from theredon’t want to cookies chocolate chipcookies and about two grams of carbs percookie compared to a McDonald’s cookieMcDonald’s one McDonald’s cookie has 22grams of carbs and about 14 grams ofsugar per cookie so you do the math andjust know that these are super deliciousif you did try this recipe I want to seehow yours turned out obviously mine looklike little crack kids but that’sbecause I didn’t really care how
