In this episode of In the Kitchen with Matt I will show you how to make Ice Cream Rolls without a machine. This homemade Ice Cream rolls recipe is pretty easy to make. Although they are easier to make with a kit. Ice Cream Rolls originated in Thailand, and over there they call them “stir fried ice cream.” Some day I will visit there and try real “Thai” Ice cream rolls, but for now I will make them at home. If I can make these, you can make these, let’s get started!
