We know processed food is unhealthy and unhygienic. Let’s learn to cook Healthy food at home easily in short time. In this series we are going to learn to cook healthy Punjabi cookies (Biscuits).
Ingredient:
Almond – 1 cup, Oats – 1 cup, Whole Wheat flour- 1 cup, Desi ghee- 1 cup, Brown/White Sugar- 1 cup, Flaxseeds (optional)- 1/2 cup, Suji (semolina)- 1/2 cup, baking powder- 1 tablespoon, Baking Soda- 1 tablespoon,
Milk 1 cup (to be used to make dough). Time for preparation 5-7 minutes, baking time- 5-6 minutes. total time 10-12 minutes.
