Step 1: Use a mixer ( Butter and brown sugar mix until fluffy.
Step 2: put in molasses, egg, cinnamon, ginger ground, allspice, baking soda, and salt until smooth, scraping the sides as necessary.
Step 3: put flour until well incorporated.
Step 4: Remove the dough and cover the cling wrap, refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 5: After 1 hour, preheat oven 160, roll the dough out to 1/4 inch thickness, use a gingerbread man cookies cutter or other shapes. Layout cookies on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 6: Baked 160 for 10-12mins.
Step 7: Let cold down on pan before removing. Cold completely about 30mins before decorations.
