A few tips:
1. make sure you make them on the thinner side and make them even
2. Work fast when you’re folding them over, you have to do It while they’re still hot or else they will break
3. Make 2 at a time or else the cookies will cool too fast before you can shape them
What you need:
Flour- 1 cup
Sugar- 1/2 cup
Egg whites- 3
Butter- 6 tbsp melted
Almond extract- 1/2 tsp
Water- 2 tbsp
Melting chocolate
Sprinkles
