Chocolate Chip Cookies ingredients (not doubled)
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 tablespoons turbinado sugar (sugar in the raw)
3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
283gm or however much chocolate you want of bittersweet chocolate
flaky sea salt (optional)
