Today, Clark and Parker join us in the kitchen to make some delicious and easy chocolate chip cookies. These are super easy to make and is a fun activity for the kids. The recipe is not ours, we always use the Toll House recipe.
•CHOCOLATE CHIP RECIPE•
-2 1/4 cups of flour
-1 tsp of baking soda
-1 tsp of salt
-1 cup(2 sticks) of butter @ room temperature
-3/4 cup of sugar
-3/4 cup of brown sugar
-1 tsp of vanilla extract
-2 eggs
-2 cups of chocolate chips
~preheat oven to 375 degrees.
~cookies take about 9-12 minutes to cook. Look for the edges around the cookie to be golden brown as an indication that they are done.
