This cookies is so easy to make
The original cookies called melting moment has only butter ,icing sugar ,starch ,and cake flour. No eggs
Ingredients
1/2cup + 1 tablespoons butter 75 gm
4-5 tablespoons of icing sugar 35 gm
1/2 cup of maida 65 gm
3/4 cup of corn flour 73 gm
1 tablespoons of milk powder 7 gm

Preheat the oven at 150 degree Celsius for 15 minutes. bake at 150 degree Celsius for 15.
