« Life is like an ice cream, Enjoy it before it melts »
To make Cookies & Cream ice cream all you need is;
500 g All purpose cream
200 g Concentrated Milk
3 tbsp Icing sugar
12 pcs Oreo Cookies ( crushed )
Melted dark chocolate ( optional )
Whip all ingredients in a food processor for about 15 minutes or until it all double the size
Put in a container and keep in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours ( overnight is much better )
Let it cool in 10 minutes before serving 😊
