Christmas Cookies Recipe..
Flour – 400g
Cold Butter – 250g
Eggs – 2
Vanilla Sugar – 16g Or Vanilla 2Tbsp
Sugar – 200g
1. First Sift The Flour
2. Then In Your Standing Mixer Fitted With A Paddle Attachment(A Hand Mixer Or By Hand will work too)
3. Add Flour And The Cold Butter, Mix Until Everything Is Well Incorporated
4. Into The Flour Mixture Add Eggs, Vanilla And Sugar And Mix To Combine Until Everything Is Well Incorporated, On Medium Speed Until It Becomes Smooth.
5. Make Sure To Scrape The Bowl Down And The Sides
6. Put The Dough In A Cling Film, Flatten It Together, Then Chill It In The Refrigerator For About 30 Minutes, So It Firms Up.
7. Once The Dough Is Chilled, Place It On A Backing Sheet, And Roll Out With A Rolling Pin.(I Roll The Dough On A Backing Sheet Because It Is Very Easy To Keep The Shape )
8. Use Any Shapes Of Cookie Cutters To Cut Out Your Cookies.
9. Take Away Extra Scraps To Re-Roll For More Cookies.
10. Place Them On A Baking Tray, as Shown In The Video And Bake In A Pre Heated Oven At 180°C For 8-10 Minutes Or Until Becomes Light Brown
