Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tbsp corn flour
1tsp baking powder
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180C.
In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar and butter until a paste has form.
Whisk in the egg and vanilla, beating until light.
Stiff in the flour, salt and baking soda, then fold the mixture with a spatula.
Fold in the chocolate chips evenly.
Using table spoon form the dough into round one by one and chill the dough for 1 hour.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges have started to barely brown.
Cool completely, and enjoy!
