Today’s Recipe : how to make choco chip cookies | choco chip cookies without oven | with all hacks(no fail recipe)
Ingredients to make choco chip cookies :
* Maida : 1.25 cup
* Butter : 1/2 cup
* Powdered Sugar : 1/2 cup
* choco chips : 3 tbsp
* baking powder : 1/4 tsp
To make choco chip cookies , transfer butter at room temperature into a mixing bowl and then add powdered sugar in the mixing bowl. Beat sugar and butter using a whisk or beater until the batter turns white , light and airy .
Add mentioned quantity of maida in this batter and knead a dough . Add choco chips into this dough and give it a mix. do not over mix after adding the batter otherwise the dough will become brownish. Now take small portions and make cookies as shown in the video. Pre heat a tava for 10 mins. take a pan , grease it and place cookies on the greased pan. Ensure that you maintain sufficient gap between cookies , giving them space to rise.
keep the cookie pan the pre heated tawa and cover with a lid. the lid should not have a hole else the steam formed will ruin the cookies. Bake for 10 – 15 min on low flame. After 15 min , turn off the flame .. the cookies are moist when hot.. let then cool down to gain a crunch.
Delicious choco chip cookies are ready to be gobbled.
