I this crazy video I show how to make butterscotch cookies ft. my brother Isaac.
-Recipe:
Ingredients
2 c. flour
1 t. Baking powder
1 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 T. water
1/2 t. vanilla
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
12 oz. pkg. of butterscotch chips
Steps
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
Mix wet ingredients in a mixer.
Slowly mix dry mixture into the wet mixture.
Now mix in oatmeal and butterscotch chips.
Refrigerate for a while.
Now make into small balls and place on to a cookie sheet and bake 11 minutes at 350*.
