Hello everyone,
Lately, because of the continuing stay at home situation, I found myself a new hobby which is baking and cooking.
For your information, I have never baked or even cooked before . Last year, my dish will be like fried egg or scrambled eggs. I didn’t even think about ever baking.
Thus, all recipes I found and experienced have to be easy to do. Like level 1.
So if I can do it, you certainly can too.
My husband and his friends love these cookies so I make them more often now. Try it yourself and you will see it’s not difficult.
Starting know how to cook/bake make me become more confident. I do think I can learn and do a lot of things if I give it a try and invest enough effort. It motivates me to learn new things everyday.
