Butter cookies
Ingredients :
Flour – 3 cups
Unsalted butter – 2 cups
Powered sugar – 1 cup
Method :
1. Cream the butter and sugar together until smooth and well combined.
2. Add all the flour at once into the butter and sugar mixture and knead it into a dough. Sprinkle little water if needed.
3. Roll it into 1/2 cm thick sheets and cut out the desired shapes using cookie cutter.
4. Place it on a greased baking tray.
5. Bake on a preheated oven at 170°c for 15 to 20 mins or until golden brown.
6. Allow the cookies to cool down completely for it to become crisp.
