How to Make A Giant Cookie and Brownie Cake

8 inch tins for all

Brownie
195g melted unsalted butter
60ml unflavoured oil eg veg
5 large eggs
1 tbsp coffee mixed with 3tbsp water
1/2 tsp salt
150mg plain flour
90g cocoa powder
300g caster sugar
150g light brown sugar
200g choc chips

170 fan for 26 to 30 mins

Giant cookies

210 g melted unsalted butter
200g light brown sugar
100g caster sugar
1 large egg
250g plain flour
1/4 tsp bicarb
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp corn flour
200g chocolate chips

170 fan 180 regular for 18 to 20 mins

For regular cookies roll into golf sized balls, pop in the freezer for 10 mins then bake on 170 fan 180 regular for 8 to 10 mins
