How to Bake Cookies and Cream Chiffon Cake

Cookies and Cream Chiffon Cake Ingredients:

2 packs Oreo cookies or Cream-O or any cookies you preferred
Dry Ingredients
1 cup All Purpose flour or Cake flour
1 tsp. Baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Salt

Wet Ingredients:
4 Eggyolks (Large)
1/4 cup oil
1/3 cup White Sugar
6 Tbsp milk (Any milk)
1 tsp Vanilla

Meringue:
4 Eggewhites (Large)
1/3 cup White Sugar
1/2 tsp. Cream of Tartar (kung wala pwede and salt or vinegar or calamansi juice)

Bake at 300F for 20-25 minutes
