Recipe
Maida : 160gms
Cocoa pdr 30gms
Milk powder 40gms
Castor sugar :20gms
Brown sugar fine 100gms
Butter salted : 100gms
Baking powder : 1/2tsp
Vanilla essc 1tsp
Water or milk 20gms/2tbsp
Chocolate cut in chunks to fill in
Method
1.Start with creaming ur butter both sugar and essc
Creaming on full speed with hand blender will take 3_4mins
2. Once the colour is pale n texture is fluffy seive in d dry ingriendients
3 fold in with the help of spatula
4. Now add water n bind the dough
4. Take 40 gms ball n stuff in the chocolate chunk
5. Place on baking tray
6. Bake in preheat otg 160c -20-25 mins
7. Cool it down 10 mins atleast …enjoy
