PEANUT BUTTER AND CHOCOLATE CHIPS COOKIE
MIX FIRST:
2 eggs
3/4 cup peanut butter
3/4 brown sugar
3/4 white sugar
3/4 cup softened butter or 1 and half stick butter
2 tbsp water
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
ADD:
2.5 cup all purppose flour
1 tsp soda
2 cups chocolate morsels
THIS PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIPS COOKIE IS A WINNER. THIS IS A VERY YUMMY RECIPE.
TRY IT, EVEN A CHILD CAN DO IT TOO.
JUST MIX THE WET INGREDIENTS PLUS SUGAR, THEN ADD THE FLOUR, SODA AND MORSELS THE LAST. DO NOT OVER MIX IT, KNEAD IT WITH YOUR HANDS WHEN AFTER YOU ADD THE DRY INGREDIENTS.
USE A 1/4 CUP TO FORM YOUR COOKIE, THE BIGGER THE BETTER, DO NOT FLATTEN IT. JUST TAP A LITTLE BIT.
TEMPERATURE 375 DEGREES FOR 12 MINUTES
