How to make coconut macaroons ? Coconut macaroons are delicious bites, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They are baked to perfection and are made with very few ingredients. Some recipes use fresh coconut, while some use desiccated coconut. In this recipe I am using a combination of both. The perfect bakery style macaroons can be made right in yout kitchen. So let’s see how to make the coconut macaroons?

Ingredients –
1. Freshly shredded or shredded frozen coconut – 2 cups
2. Confectioner’s sugar – 2 tablespoons
3. 1/2 cup granulated sugar
4. 4 egg whites
5. Pinch of salt
6. Desiccated coconut – 1/3rd cup
7. Vanilla extract – 1/2 teaspoon
8. Almond extract -1/4th teaspoon
