Chocolate chip cookies are one of the most popular sweet items out there. Everyone loves them, kids and adults like and my family is no different. But they can be a little tricky to make esp if you want a healthier spin on them. That is when this recipe of my Healthy Chocolate Chips Cookies came into existence. Multiple trial and errors and so many iterations over the past few months and finally i perfected it!

And you know what is the beat part? With this recipe you can make the perfect cookie as per YOUR liking. With just a few little changes you can get exactly the texture you want. ( see notes in the end) Make them with ease and at home with better ingredients.

Also, chocolate chip cookies may take a few tries to perfect in general but once you get the hang of them they become easier and faster. Just follow this recipe and adjust it according to your likings and enjoy the perfect warm cookie.

Recipe
– 1/2 cup (113 gms) Butter
– 1/2 cup(100 gms) Brown Sugar
– 1 cup (225 gms) White Sugar
– 1 cup (100 gms) Almond Flour 
– 1.5 cup (150 gms) Oat Flour
– 2 tbsp (16-17 gms) Corn Flour
– 1/2 tsp (3 gms) Baking Soda
– 1 tsp (4 gms) Baking Powder 
– 1 tsp Salt 
– 1/2 tsp Vanilla 
– 1.5 cup Chocolate Chips 
– 1 Whole Eggs + 1 yolk
Bake at 375F for 8-12mins

Some helpful Notes:
1. FOR THIN CRISY COOKIES: Use only 1 cup(100 gms) Oat Flour and 1/2 tsp(2 gms) of Baking Powder
2. IF MAKING 1/2 BATCH: Reduce all the ingredients to half and for the Egg, use only the yolk for better results
3. FOR SOFT CHEWY COOKIES: Use only Egg Yolks
4. Perfect size cookie 1.5tbsp or 38-40 gms
