Ingredients

All purpose flour – 1 cup
Melted butter – 1/2 cup
Brown sugar – 1/2 cup
Flaxseed powder – 1 tbsp
Grated ginger – 1 tbsp
Baking powder -1/2 tsp
Baking soda -1/4 tsp
Salt – a pinch
Method

Take a bowl and mix the brown sugar and butter. Mix all the dry ingredients in a separate bowl and then add it to the butter mixture. Then add the grated ginger. Mix them well to make a soft dough. Leave it to rest for 30 minutes. Then roll the dough into sheets and cut them into different shapes. Place them in a cookie tray and bake them at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 -10 minutes based on your oven. Enjoy your crispy ginger cookies.
