hi welcome back to cooking with Megtoday we’re going to make a fun springeastery dessert so these are called cakebatter cookies you’re gonna use a box ofcake batter so it could be fun funnythat I just chose that yesterday theyhad it could be white cake – um I’venever tried rock with pudding youprobably could use that also see you’regonna want to have a box of this you’regonna need some either we’re gonna usespring colored M&Ms but you can use miniM&Ms also sprinkles again I like to buythe holiday jars so they have lots ofcute little choices I have these in alldifferent seasons cooking oil a glassbaking sheet cooking spray and thenyou’re gonna want a 1 cup measuring cupand a 1/3 cup measuring cup and someyou’re gonna need your table spoons sothe first thing we’re going to do is I’mgoing to open my mix we’re gonna openour mix dump it in your mixing bowlset them out to the side oh and you needto eggs back so I didn’t bump into up soyou’re gonna mix your eggs in your mixlately hit it on the counter and thenyou’re gonna use your hands to break theegg apart gently and chew so there’ssome counting involved with this recipeparents that makes it a little bit moreeducational if you have eggs on yourhands you’re gonna want to wash the eggoff I’m gonna add my oil so I need a 1/3cup see you’re 1/3 all the way to thetop and then carefully pour it into yourmixture I’m gonna add in my twotablespoons full of sprinkles we’regonna use these cute little bunnies forgirls today I call that one and thenwe’ll do just the fun colored sprinklesthat are piecing greens and yellow andthey come out a little easierokay so you’ve added all youringredients except your M&Ms you’regonna save those for last then we needto stir it up and I’m gonna whisk it alltogether so that everything isunseparatedrightnow you’re gonna want to spray your panyou’re gonna set your oven sorry forgotabout that – 350 so you’re gonna want tospray your glass baking pan and thenyou’re gonna take you can use an icecream scooper I like to use my measuringspoons and scoop out some dough andyou’re gonna want to place it down inthe pan so you want to make like 1-inchballs and then you’re gonna take yourM&Ms and you’re gonna press three intothe top of each cookieso you’re gonna do that the whole timeuntil all of your batter is in your panand then you’re gonna want to bake themseven to eight minutes no longer becauseof the cake better it’s a littledifferent than a cookie mix so it driesout quickly so you only want to keepbake your cookies for seven to eightminutes alright this is cooking with Meghave a great day
