Here I come with recipe of Eggless coffee bean cookies without oven. These cookies are baked in Kadai(Pan) and has no Baking powder and Baking soda. Here I use all-purpose flour, but you can also use whole wheat flour. These cookies are extremely delicious and can be stored for months in air tight container.

Ingredients
3/4 cup butter, softened
2/3 cup grinded sugar
1/4 cup hot water
1 tsp coffee powder
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tbsp corn flour (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup maida/All Purpose flour ( you can also use whole wheat flour)
Steps for making Eggless Coffee Bean Cookies
Mix butter and sugar well
Add water to coffee powder, mix and keep for 5 minutes to prepare coffee mixture
Add cocoa powder, corn flour, vanilla extract ,Maida, coffee mixture to butter and sugar mixture
Mix and keep in fridge for 30 minutes
Make oval shape cookie
Place in fridge for 10 minutes
Make straight lines in cookies
Grease the baking plate and put baking paper.
Put cookies on baking plate
Place a wire rack in kadai/pan. Preheat the kadai for 10 minutes
After 10 minutes, take the lid off and place the cookies on the plate
Cook on low-medium heat for 15 minutes or Bake at 180C in preheated oven for 8-10 min. Let the cookies rest on the baking try for 10 minutes after baking
