Easy Recipe: How to make a perfect Chocolate Chip Cookie in 2 mins (Soft & Chewy)

Dessert Recipes by Tasty Temptation: Marble Cake Biscuit Cake (No Baking Needed) Pancakes

– 1/2 Cup Sugar
– 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
– 1 tp Salt
– 1/2 Cup Butter (Melted)
– 1 Egg
– 1 tp Vanilla Essence
– 1 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
– 1 tbsp Baking Soda
– Dark Chocolate Chip (50% Cacao)
– Chocolate Chip (100% Cacao)


In a large bowl cream together sugar, brown sugar, salt and melted butter. Add egg and vanilla extract now beat it until it’s smooth. Sift all purpose flour and baking soda then fold the mixture with a spatula. Be careful not to over mix. Add both chocolate chips in the dough evenly. Chill the dough for at least 1 hour (2 hours if possible). Scoop the dough with an ice-cream scoop onto a butter paper. Heat the oven to 370F/190C and bake the cookies for 12-14 mins.

For the best results, bake cookies on middle oven rack. For even baking, it’s best to bake one sheet at time.
