EASY NO BAKE COOKIES

Today I made some No Bake Cookies. Very easy and affordable snack.

Ingredients:

1 1/4 cups flour
1/4 cup white sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup softened butter
1/2 tsp baking powder and salt
Chocolate Chips (I used 2 packs of dark chocolate goya)
Egg

Procedure:

1. Mix butter, sugar and egg
2. Add flour, baking powder, salt and chocolate chips
3. Mix well and form small balls
4. Add a little bit of butter into a non stick pan and press the dough balls to into the pan to flatten
5. Cook in a very low fire and cover for about 10-20 minutes.
6. Flip on the other side before the chocolate gets burnt
7. It’s soft when still hot but don’t worry, it will hardened once it cooled down
