INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tbsp corn starch
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips (optional)
DIRECTION:
Cream butter and sugar
Beat in egg and vanilla
Sift the flour with the corn starch, baking soda and salt, and add with the butter mixture.
Mix until blended.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Form the cookie dough into a ball (at least 2tbsp each)
Preheat oven to 325 0F.
Arrange the cookie dough into the parchment lined baking tray and bake them for 15-18 minutes.
