EASY CHOCOLATE CRINKLE COOKIES/HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE CRINKLE COOKIES/FUDGY CHOCOLATE CRINKLE COOKIES
You’re going to love these Chocolate Crinkle Cookies recipe they are fun to make, super delicious, moist, fudgy and perfect for the holidays!
1 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups white granulated sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs room temperature
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup powdered sugar
In a large bowl mix together the flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa powder. Whisk together and set aside.
In a separate bowl using hand mixer beat oil and granulated sugar, add eggs one at time and add vanilla in then mix until well combined.
Add the flour mixture in and mix on low until well combined.
Cover in plastic and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Use ice cream scoop or tablespoon to scoop out the chilled dough and roll dough into one inch balls with your clean palms.
Roll dough in powdered sugar and place on parchment lined baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes at 170 degrees. Let stand on the cookie sheet for a minute before transferring to wire racks to cool.
