Ingredients:
– 125g Butter (Margarine)
– 100g Brown Sugar
– 125g Caster Sugar
– 225g Self Raising Flour
– 1 Egg
– 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
– 1/2 tsp Salt
– Chocolate Chips or alternative

If you do not have any self raising flour, you can add 1 tsp of BAKING POWDER for every 110g of PLAIN FLOUR to make it.
