In this episode, I was dared by mom to make Chocolate Chip cookies using Tortilla Flour. I went above and beyond and made cookies with All-Purpose Flour, Tortilla Flour, and Buttermilk Pancake Mix. My sister Kamreeh is kind enough to join me for the taste test.
* Creator’s Note: The dough made in this video is the Pancake mix. I didn’t have enough for a whole recipe and so I made a half recipe. That’s why all of the ingredients look small, and I only used one egg.
