so today whatever will be baking ischocolate-chip cookies so folks I’mgonna gather cookies recipe from theinternet and we’ll be copying prettymuch the exact same thing I probably beestimating all the measurements I justso basically I just started grabbingeverything on the ingredient list andthat was right now I think I’m grabbingsome butter from the fridge and then Igot some brown sugar and caster sugarand I’m really sorry you guys can’t seelike the ingredients like where I’mputting the ingredients or anythingwhich is exactly why this isn’t like atutorial on how to make egg lesschocolate chip cookies or whatever it’sjust cooking with me so I just grabbedflax seed flax seeds and baking powdersfrom the fridge but I don’t end up usingthe baking powder I don’t know why I gotit out of the fridge then there’s abottle of vanilla extract in my hand andI’m trying to find the all-purpose flourfrom the fridge and I basically don’tknow where anything in my most of thethings in my kitchen are so I went toask my mom if that’s actuallyall-purpose flour fast forward andbasically it turns out it’s notall-purpose flour and we don’t haveall-purpose flour right now so I end upusing wheat flour instead of all-purposeflour and it’s healthier anyways so it’sfinebut yeah apart from that I basically amdrawing through my fridge trying to findthe all-purpose flourturns out it’s not there but cornstarchis so I that’s the cornstarch box that Itook out of the fridge freezer sorry andyeah that’s me searching for the wheatflourand I got the wheat flash so yeah andthe last most important thing on thelist chocolate chips but we don’t usechocolate chips we use compoundchocolate instead so yeah and milkfirstly a lot of chocolate chipsabsolutely notice I think is likenothing it’s not even sweet it doesn’thave a chocolatey taste either itliterally tastes like nothing andsecondly if they are good chocolatechips they’re very expensiveinstead it’s respected by a hugecompound chocolate which is much muchcheaper and actually has at least thaninstead of using chocolate chips so forthis recipe instead of chocolate chipsI’m going to be using which is what Idon’t know how it’s going to finish thatsentence but basically I’m going to beusing compound chocolate instead ofchocolate chips so the first thing I’msupposed to be doing[Music][Music]let’s take a large bowl beat the bottlewith brown sugar and castor sugar untilthe mixture is light and fluffy so halfof how many does this make this makestwelve cookies so I will probably justuse the exact same multiple readingsbecause if I mess up it’s only pile ofcookiesyeah sugar 1/2 a cup of sugaredit it together to make it make senseso here’s me so make the same video higuysanything about the guy here so I justwant to talk about the previous clip soyeah I am very bored I am still verybored but I’m glad that that’s thebiggest problem I have during this timeI’m very very grateful to be at home andto be with my family instead of a worsecondition and conditions that I know somany people are facing so I don’t meanto like complain about it but I mean weare kids and we can find a way to engageourselves so yeah I don’t need tocomplain about it I am very grateful forthe situation I mean so I just wanted toput that out there so back to the videonowso nom sequester I blacks eggs andMennonites right so if you guys don’tknow what flax eggs are it’s basically avegan substitute for eggs becauseobviously millions and millions and somevegetarians don’t eat eggs so insteadthere’s this seed oil flax seeds okaylet me just get it back so there’s thisthing called flax seeds which you mixwith water and you let it sit for likefive minutes and they’re basicallysubstitute for eggs which is reallybasically you just take it and you mixit with water and it’s a substitute foreggs which is pretty cool so that’s whatI’m going to be using instead of extraand I’m also going to be like trying toclean up and making stuff because at theend then I’ll have too much yeah so youjust mix water with the flax seed thingwait yeah ground flax seed eggs and thenone tablespoon of water and you just mixit for five minutes and once it lets youmix it with the restit’s so I know I this mixed water withthe flat seats and I’m just gonna leaveit here for like five minutes and then Iwillmeanwhile continue with it as a piece soI’m supposed to add 1/2 teaspoon ofvanilla extractI’m boiling the amount of ingredientsthat is baking soda large and then[Music][Music]sometimes I use all-purpose but it’sjustwe are it just looks like fly and hejust looks like a flood right now let mejust look see that it looks likeabsolutely nothing but but like flour sobaking soda and so onokay so I’m just going to mix up all thedye ingredients I’m getting absolutelyno over the forkyeah this is starting to look a bit likepattern except it’s just a bit darkerthan normalbut yeah pretty sure I can’t make 12cookies out of this this is too lessokay then we religion really hanging thekeyshow am I supposed to make 12 keys outwith this much battery what if anythingI put more than the amount ofingredients they asked me to but it’ssupposed to give me 12 cookies okaylet’s just see how this turns out butGanesha this won’t give me 12 cookiesbut I might beokay so the door looks fine I guessright now it looks very gooey butusually like the cookie batter should belike in a different consistency thanthis right now it’s like very gooey sortof consistency but I like it at thisconsistency because then the cookiescome on less like crispy on the outsideand like more soft on the inside andthat’s what I’m trying to achieve hereso yeah and I was supposed to be addingokay I should preheat the oven and Idon’t have parchment paper so I shouldbutter it my pants and then I shoulddidn’t even ask we tied what they justasked you to put the chocolate chips ontopthat’s so weird no I’m going to beadding the chocolate chips to thiswell not chocolate chips cut offchocolate through this weird consistencybuttered dough thing and now I’ll readthe other first cut up the chocolate andthen I will put it into the mixture mixit up and then put some more chocolateon top and then I will put it in theoven because I don’t like to follow itrecipes anymore but yeah yeah so theoven the OTG is preheating and first avery clear of – a bitso first some of it I’m executed andthen once I put it on to the pan and allof that and put some wood of thechocolate chips on chocolate on top okayso I can’t lift up your cutting board soyou guys can sort of see that so okay sothe oven is preheating so I gotta thepan and scoop up mix half of this intothe batter and then scoop the batter putit on this see how many cookies I canfit onto it and then I’ll sprinkle somemore chocolate chips chocolate createdchocolate I don’t know on top and then Iwill show you guys so the oven ispreheating I’m done mixing the chocolategrated chocolate into the batter and nowI’m just going to be washing the panputting the batter on it but first Imean is this the batter too bit becausethis is salty it has a very good chanceof not do you say that goodyeah okay so I’m gonna scoop up some ofthe butter and then okay so I might haveparchment paper I saw when I don’t haveparchment paper that I just take a bunchof but your end of it on the pan becausethat’s a substitute for watchingbut yeah so that’s what I’m going to bedoing I’m just going to be taking aboutyour butter if I take apart and I meanlike six sprinkle a bunch of chocolatebut I have six of these so I’m justgoing to be taking this pretend it saysten minutes but I want any degreesearches let’s goso speaking right now and I’ll see youguys once it’s done and I still havelike a teensy bit amount of backgroundafter probably means like four cookiesor maybe six if they’re really tiny butyeah so – guys once those cookies aredone and I’m not supposed to take themokay so I’m supposed to leave them infor ten minutes and then take them outand then he leave them out for tenminutes before taking it off the pathwhich is I have no clue why but that’swhat the instructions say so dependingon whether I have patience and odd onesI will see you guys okay guys it’s donethey expanded a lot from what it wasbefore to now it’s expanded a lot and ithas it’s all like touching eachand it’s gonna become squares insteadit’s so cool cookies on that side butit’s fine it’s probably gonna keep it isgonna hit the cinema just it’s gonna besquare but I’m gonna be keeping it infor five minutes okay guys so the firstbatch was done a while ago and wealready finished eating people use forthorny problem work firstly Mike this isthe end result of the time because youmust really like ice cream and secondlysince the cookie like expanded a lot itbecame very thin so it was like it wouldcome very easily and so a lot of it islike maybe buddy humbly I don’t know ifyou guys can see but it’s okay that’sjust the crumble part on the side butbasically the cookies are very very verynice so for the second batch and also Irealized that we do have parchment paperI just didn’t listen to my mom when shetold me she had bought it so basically Iam goingso basically I spent the next 15 minutestrying to figure out how to open thatone box of parchment paper and thentrying to figure out how to cut thatparchment paper using the plastic platethat was inside the box and basicallythat didn’t work so I just ended upusing scissors to cut the parchmentpaper instead and I’m just for usforwarding this whole thingso once I was done cutting the parchmentpaper I made a bunch of balls out of theremaining pattern and to be exact Icould only make three more and this timeI didn’t flatten it I just scooped it upand directly put it on the pan with myhands and then I sprinkled somechocolate on top and then put it in theoven to bakei’ma show you guys how this thingyturned out oh yeahso that is it and I use parchment paperthis time so I’m just going to put itinto the awfully the oven isn’t orderedout of going to my 910 times over so nowthat’s in the oven as you guys can seeand I’m gonna be switching it on so asyou guys in ten minutes once this isdone oh you guys justokay guys so it’s finally done and I’malready very tired so I’m going to begiving it out at the other now and seehow it’s really hot so I’m just going tobe leaving it for like five or tenminutes for it to set and a bunch ofmood waiting time yay but yeah I’ll seeyou guys in five minutes okay guys so Ijust like it cooled down and now deadcookie so he’s gonna be case picked upyes Lily could see is it better than thefirst okay so he had like a bit from thefirst batch and he said the first batchshe needed a bit most sugar but thisone’s betteryeah okay guys so thank
