So whilst we are all in self isolation I thought I would try and brighten things up by trying to bake some protein cookies and it actually turned out VERY WELL!
The ingredients I used were:
2 Bananas
2 Scoops of Women’s Best Vanilla Protein
1 Pot of Plain Quaker Oats
7 Pieces of Terrys Chocolate Orange 😉

If you do try this then PLEASE send me a video/photo of it as I want to see how it turns out for you! I will most definitely be baking these again and i will be using them as my cheeky protein snack every day 😉
