Wassup y’all! Today’s video is a cook with me and we are making apple pie cookies! It’s an all-time fave dessert in cookie form! I make apple pie almost every week (it’s an obsession of mine) so for this week, I thought let’s try something different. From the firmness of the Chinese Fuji apples to the crisp of the crust from the brown sugar roux, these itty bitty dessert snacks are heaven sent! These are a great thanksgiving and fall dessert or you can have it year-round like I do! I really hope y’all love this recipe as much I did making it! Enjoy!

⇣ I N G R E D I E N T S ⇣
4 Chinese Fuji Apples (you could also use Honeycrisp, Ambrosia or Granny Smith)
1.5 tbsp of flour
1 tbsp of cornstarch
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of white sugar
1.5 tbsp of cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg (optional)
1/2 tbsp of butter
2 tbsp of water
Set of 2 9” Pie Dough (I used Pillsbury)
Your fave ice cream
Equipment Needed:
Cookie Sheet
Parchment Paper
Biscuit cutter or glass cup
