Today’s recipe is cigarette cookies/ tulies/ rolled butter cookies. In this video, I will show you how to make these Cigare Cookies at home in an easy way.
You need to work with the cookies while they are hot, before they cool down and get hard. So it’s better to make two or three cookies at a time. Also, it is better to wear cotton gloves to avoid burning your fingers.
To make about 10 cookies
Ingredients:
3 tbsp melted butter
1/2 cup powder sugar
2 medium egg white
5 tbsp all purpose flour
optional: a few drops of vanilla extract
