caramel cornflake cookies
3 cups cornflakes
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup chopped mixed nuts
1 large egg or 2 small eggs beaten
125g butter 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup caster sugar melted together
bake approx 10 min
weekender biscuits keep oven 180 degrees c
2 cups cornflakes lightly crushed
1 cup self raising or rising flour sifted
2/3 cup sultanas
elec mixer
125g butter
1/3 cup sugar
1 large egg or 2 small eggs
bake 20 mins
