You won’t believe how easy it is to make these soft butter cookies with just 6 ingredients!INGREDIENTS
• 140 g Butter • 100 g Icing sugar • 1 Egg • 200 g flour • 10 ml milk • Vanilla extract
METHOD
Beat the butter, add icing sugar and beat again. Add the egg and continue beating. Add milk and vanilla extract and continue beating.
Add the flour little by little. Whisk and pour the mixture into a piping bag.
Form spiral shapes with the mixture on a baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes at 170ºC (338ºF)
