Bake With Me: Cookies

Today I am showing you how to make one of my favorite cookie recipes.

Recipe:
1 cup Organic peanut butter
1/2 cup monk fruit granulated
2 Tbsps coconut flour
2 Tbsps coconut oil
1 egg

Top with Lily’s chocolate chips (optional)

I mixed it in with the kitchenaid and it makes 12 big cookies or 24 small.
I baked at 350 for 15 minutes.

Note: I am at high altitude so you may need to adjust cooking times.

Sugar free
Dairy free
Gluten free

Can use sunflower butter if peanut allergy
