hello everybody and welcome to today’svideo today we’re going to be makingcookies now these are so easy thesecookies and they’re really cheap andsimple to make you only actually needthree ingredients to make them it’s aseasy as that but they’re really tastythey they taste sort of really butteryand good first up what we need to do ispreheat our oven to 170 degrees for 13to 15 minutes that’s 170 degrees CelsiusI should write Celsius I don’t even knowwhat the Fahrenheit conversion is butmost people have it Celsius then itmight be a bit less with the fan oven so170 degrees Celsius and so is heatingaway and ready next you need to compileyour ingredients and they are 55 gramsof caster sugar I’m just gonna useordinary sugar because I don’t have anycoffee sugar in my cupboard but someobviously you might be more equippedthan you so you can use others of thescale many of them you can use castorsugar if your back way inclined okay sowe need 55 grams of caster sugar I’mdoing this in real time so basically youcould do with me this will make aboutdepending on how big you make them 12 to15 cookies I’ve already gone over 55grams that’s no good we don’t know toomuch because we know that that’sunhealthy we’re fine sugar is a no-nothere we go 58 grams okay so we have 55grams of sugar I’m gonna put that to oneside then our next ingredient sugar is110 grams of butter so there we go I’vegot my butter there now I always findit’s really a lot easier if your boss isa bit melted to mix in so I’m gonna popit into my oven to make it melty andeasy these cookies are so easy it’s allabout ease especially in these times andthey’re driving you mad I’ve literallystolen some time away but kids I’m onlyjoking you don’t drive us mad we loveyou so much luck to all the kidswatching out there okay so my butter ishopefully melting away and in themeantime our next ingredient is where’smy cards 136 grams of self-raising flourokay so I’m gonna put that in the scaleswe calibrate it to zero come on scalesoh okay marvelous and then we go 136grams of self-raising flour now thereason I put self-raising in thesecookies is because it makes them rise soit makes them sort of more crumbly andbuttery and yummy I mean it doesn’t makeit more buttery to sulphurous and fatbut it means the butter I feel it getsin those little sort of holes air holeswhen it’s cookies they’re only gonnarise a bit it’s not like a cake orsomething like that okay 134 grams yaybang on 136 oh you see if you want tomake more cookies you can double theamounts here so that’s it we’ve got allour ingredients and you can also add inlike I don’t know raisins or chocolatechips or something like that if you wantto make your cookie fancy lemon rindswhatever suits your fancydroid what’s it called try to you knownot pickled ginger what’s the word I’mlooking for you know that sort of sweetginger anyway I don’t knowI’m just saying that you cannot stopokay so now we’re gonna need to mix itall together in a bowl so goes the flourthat was the 136 grams of self-raisingflour in goes our sugar that was 55grams of sugar wasn’t itthat’s yes it was and then the butter iwonder if this matter child has okay puton the spider my I’m gonnacut up my little chocolate pieces intochips I mean there’s not gonna be enoughto cover 12 cookieswith these little bits but anyway whatI’ll do is I’ll put I’ve got someraisins knocking about and I’ll putthose on a couple of the Mazar and thensome of them can just be plain and thenyou know we’ve got options we’ve gotsomething for everyone here we go sojust gonna squid some of these chocolatechippy things on the top lots of chipsyou could do better than that and youcould actuallywhat I’m looking for mix it throughoutyour cookie dough okay so this is howit’s looking and then on some insomuchis plain okay so these are going in theoven 30 to 50 oh I’ve now got acameraman okay yeah it’s not the best soyeah see you in 50 so any moment now thealarm will go off which means that mycookies are ready and I can show youwhat they look likehopefully they’ll be lovely golden brownif they’re not you can put them in for alittle bit longer there we go that’s thecueexcuse me back againyeah we are so we have my threevarieties of cookie these are the raisinones here you have to also make sure Iforgot to say that you make sure eachraisin is burst because always they canballoon up these are the sorts ofchocolate chip ones made out of thoselost two cubes and then I’ve just donethree plain ones on the end therenow hopefully because I smooshed my buttaround my cupcake tray they shouldn’t betoo stuck I’m just looking for a littletakeaway so yes go around the edge andthe fact that you put the butter theyshould come out really nice and easyright these are really very happy easingout as you can see it’s good cuz you’reusing up all the butter that’s aroundthe edges of the bowl not wastinganything so the next you need totransfer them to these it’s a wirecooling rack[Music]oh we have it they just need to cooldown and they’re ready to eat thesecookies were just made with those threeingredients that’s all it tookplus any optional extras that you wantto put it lightly chocolate chips orcrystallized ginger or whatever takesyour fancy your birthday cookies andnearly ready they’re just cooling downready to eat yay yay this is whatcookies do they make you want to cuddleand eat and be happygreat yum yum yum okay boy outside okayso we have two dpe and that will be inthe guards and running around in circlesokay hope you’ll make the cookies hopeyou like them this is easy as that onlythree ingredients 13 to 15 minutes andthey’re really cheap and simple and easyand especially good you know in thesetimes of having to squirm pants cramp asa little source of extra treat andsomething to do with the kids yeah sohappy cookie consuming and I’m gonnawait for them to call and then I’ll comeback to sample the goods cuz that’s thefun bit really and tell you my
