Baking Time – 20 minutes for each batch in 180 degree Centigrade in a Convection Microwave
Serving – 18 to 20 No. of Cookies
ingredients
1 . 1 and 1/3 cup All Purpose Flour // Maida
2 . 1/2 cup Almond
3 . 1/3 cup Powdered Sugar or Icing Sugar
4 . 100 gm Unsalted Butter
5 . 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
6 . Pinch of Baking Soda
7 . 1/4 tsp Vanilla Essence
8 . 1 and 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar or Icing Sugar for Coating of Cookies
